Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for driving performance and delivering exceptional customer experiences? Join Certas Energy as a Team Manager and lead our Domestic Sales & Service team to success.

As Team Manager, you'll be responsible for leading a high-performing frontline sales and service team. Your focus will be on:

  • Motivating and engaging your team to consistently exceed expectations
  • Coaching individuals to deliver top-tier customer service and meet commercial targets, including upselling and cross-selling
  • Managing performance, behaviours, and development in line with company standards
  • Ensuring full compliance with internal policies and procedures

We're seeking a confident leader who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. You'll bring:

  • Proven experience in leading customer service and/or sales teams
  • Strong coaching and people management skills
  • A commercial mindset with a focus on performance and results
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
  • Resilience, persistence, and a solutions-driven approach
  • Minimum GCSEs in Maths and English
