• Engage with industry trade organisation’s and regulatory bodies (FPS, EI, UKPIA, EA, HSE, etc.)

• Develop action plans to investigate and resolve incidents effectively

• Ensure compliance with Dangerous Goods Safety Advisor (DGSA) requirements

• Maintain financial focus by managing budgets and optimising costs

• Enhance customer and stakeholder relationships through proactive communication and service excellence

• NEBOSH General Certificate or a relevant university degree

• Extensive leadership experience in a HSSEQ leadsership role

• Strong operational and industry knowledge with experience in project management

• Proven leadership, coaching, and influencing skills

• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical abilities

• Commitment to high standards, compliance, and continuous improvement
