Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for driving performance and delivering exceptional customer experiences? Join Certas Energy as a Team Manager and lead our Domestic Sales & Service team to success.

What you'll do:

  • As Team Manager, you'll be responsible for leading a high-performing frontline sales and service team.
  • Your focus will be on motivating and engaging your team to consistently exceed expectations.
  • Coaching individuals to deliver top-tier customer service and meet commercial targets, including upselling and cross-selling.
  • Managing performance, behaviours, and development in line with company standards.
  • Ensuring full compliance with internal policies and procedures.

What we're looking for:

  • Proven experience in leading customer service and/or sales teams.
  • Strong coaching and people management skills.
  • A commercial mindset with a focus on performance and results.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Resilience, persistence, and a solutions-driven approach.
  • Minimum GCSEs in Maths and English.
