What you'll do:
- As Team Manager, you'll be responsible for leading a high-performing frontline sales and service team.
- Your focus will be on motivating and engaging your team to consistently exceed expectations.
- Coaching individuals to deliver top-tier customer service and meet commercial targets, including upselling and cross-selling.
- Managing performance, behaviours, and development in line with company standards.
- Ensuring full compliance with internal policies and procedures.

- Proven experience in leading customer service and/or sales teams.
