How you'll power our business as an IT Business Partner – Certas Energy Solutions:
- Serve as the trusted, single point of contact for the Certas Energy Solutions leadership team on all IT strategy, digital transformation, and technology investment matters.
- Identify, capture, and qualify all IT demand arising from Certas Energy Solutions, ensuring requests are clearly articulated, commercially justified, and prioritised in line with business objectives and customer value.
- Develop and maintain the Certas Energy Solutions IT roadmap, ensuring alignment with business growth plans and the wider DCC Energy GB IT strategy.
- Act as the business‑side or IT sponsor for key technology and digital transformation programmes, ensuring clear accountability, stakeholder engagement, and successful delivery.
- Monitor the performance of IT services supporting Certas Energy Solutions, acting as the senior escalation point for service‑related issues and driving continuous improvement.
