About the Role
As the face of our store, you’ll play a key role in delivering an excellent customer experience. You’ll support the day-to-day running of the site, ensuring everything operates smoothly, safely, and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing friendly and professional customer service
- Processing transactions accurately at the till
- Replenishing stock and maintaining store standards
- Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and company procedures
- Supporting the smooth operation of the forecourt and store
What We’re Looking For
- A passion for customer service and helping others
- A positive, reliable, and hardworking attitude
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to learn and develop
- Retail experience is desirable but not essential (full training provided)
- Must be aged 18 or over (due to licensing regulations and lone working requirements)
