As part of our retail operations team, you will support the day‑to‑day running of the kitchen outlet by delivering excellent customer service while maintaining high standards across food preparation, cleanliness, and food safety. This role exists to ensure customers receive a positive and welcoming experience through efficient service, quality food preparation, and a clean, safe kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve food in line with brand standards
  • Deliver excellent customer service, ensuring a positive customer experience
  • Support food preparation and maintain cleanliness within the kitchen area
  • Maintain food hygiene standards and HACCP compliance
  • Complete daily and scheduled cleaning tasks
  • Follow company policies relating to health & safety, food safety, cash handling, and stock control
  • Support stock management, deliveries, and report shortages where required
  • Contribute to achieving site sales targets
  • Work collaboratively as part of the wider retail team
