We are looking for a Customer Support & Sales Advisor to join our Domestic Sales team, in our Larbert HQ.

This is a temporary position until May 2026.

Location: Larbert
Contract: Temporary
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am 5pm (Office based) and every other Saturday from 9:00 am to 12:30 pm.

As a Customer Support & Sales Advisor , you will be the first point of contact for our domestic customers looking to place fuel orders.

You’ll deliver exceptional service and handle complex queries.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Handling inbound calls from domestic customers who want to place orders for fuel.
  • Asking security questions to validate customer identity.
  • Supporting vulnerable customers, ensuring their needs are met with care.
  • Addressing customer queries, such as late deliveries, and offering solutions to resolve issues.
  • Ensuring customer details and orders are accurately recorded.
  • Promoting additional products and services where relevant to meet customer needs.
