We are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join our Domestic Sales & Service team at our Forfar offices. The role is full-time, permanent, working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm.
The main responsibilities include delivering excellent customer service, maximizing sales opportunities, complying with company policies, understanding our products and services thoroughly, offering additional products to meet customer needs, and supporting email and web chat communications.
Our Customer Service Advisors maintain relationships with our domestic customers, handle inbound contacts via calls, email, and web chat, prioritize customer needs, negotiate sales prices, and promote relevant cross-selling opportunities.
