As part of our retail operations team, you will support the day-to-day running of the kitchen outlet by delivering excellent customer service while maintaining high standards across food preparation, cleanliness, and food safety. This role exists to ensure customers receive a positive and welcoming experience through efficient service, quality food preparation, and a clean, safe kitchen environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve food in line with brand standards
- Deliver excellent customer service, ensuring a positive customer experience
- Support food preparation and maintain cleanliness within the kitchen area
- Maintain food hygiene standards and HACCP compliance
- Complete daily and scheduled cleaning tasks
- Follow company policies relating to health & safety, food safety, cash handling, and stock control
- Support stock management, deliveries, and report shortages where required
- Contribute to achieving site sales targets
- Work collaboratively as part of the wider retail team
