Join Our Growing Renewable Energy Sales Team at Certas Energy in Warrington Birchwood. Due to continued expansion within our Certas Energy Renewables Division, we have an exciting opportunity to join our friendly team on a full-time, permanent basis working 37.5 hours per week. No Weekends - Standard hours - Office based.
Are you passionate about sustainability and sales? This role is your chance to make a real impact by helping businesses transition to greener energy solutions. You will work with existing commercial customers, discussing the benefits of renewable energy technologies, assessing their energy needs, and booking appointments for our Business Development Managers to present tailored solutions.
Responsibilities
- Become an expert in our innovative renewable energy products.
- Engage with businesses through outbound calls, emails, and web chat.
- Qualify leads and set up high-value appointments.
- Deliver outstanding customer service, achieve sales targets, and maintain accurate records.
- Provide sales support and ensure compliance with processes.
Qualifications
- Experience in sales, ideally within a B2B contact centre environment.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, resilience, self-motivation, and the ability to build rapport.
