Location: Birchwood - Warrington (Office-based) – Free onsite parking
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm, plus 2 in 4 Saturdays (9:00am – 12:30pm)

We’re looking for a Customer Sales Advisor’s to join our friendly Domestic Sales team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys building rapport with customers, has a positive attitude, and thrives in a busy, customer-focused role.

As the first point of contact for our domestic customers, you’ll play an important role in ensuring every interaction is professional, supportive, and leaves a lasting positive impression.

What you’ll be doing

In this varied role, you’ll:

• Take inbound calls from domestic customers placing fuel orders.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience from the first conversation through to order completion.
• Verify customer identity by carrying out security checks.
• Support vulnerable customers with empathy, patience, and understanding.
• Resolve customer queries, including delivery issues, by identifying practical solutions.
• Accurately process customer orders and maintain customer records.
• Identify opportunities to promote relevant products and services that add value for our customers.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction.

What we’re looking for

You’ll be someone who genuinely enjoys helping people and takes pride in providing excellent service. Ideally, you’ll also have:

• Previous experience in a customer service, contact centre or sales environment.
• Experience of sales or cross-selling (desirable but not essential).
• Excellent communication and listening skills.
• A confident, friendly and professional telephone manner.
• A positive, solutions-focused approach to resolving customer enquiries.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately in a busy environment.
• A resilient, self-motivated attitude and the ability to work well as part of a team.
