As a Key Account Manager – Fleets, you’ll be the trusted face of SNAP for a select portfolio of our most important fleet customers. This role is all about building brilliant partnerships — deepening relationships, growing value, and making sure SNAP continues to deliver meaningful, customer-first solutions that fleets genuinely love using.

You’ll act as the main point of contact for your accounts, working closely with fleet operators to understand their world, their challenges, and their ambitions. Through regular face-to-face and virtual meetings, you’ll help customers get the most out of SNAP, identifying opportunities to expand usage, introduce new services, and drive long-term mutual growth.

You’ll stay close to the market — keeping an eye on industry trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes — and translate those insights into proactive ideas that add value for your customers. From commercial conversations to service improvements, you’ll ensure SNAP remains a strategic partner rather than just a supplier.

Confident engaging at all levels, including senior leadership and C-suite stakeholders, you’ll lead commercial discussions, manage account plans, and champion the voice of the customer internally. Above all, this is a relationship-led role for someone who thrives on collaboration, enjoys being out with customers, and is passionate about building loyalty, value, and long-term success across SNAP’s fleet portfolio.

  • Spend quality time with customers through purposeful account visits, business reviews, and on-site sessions that improve efficiency and unlock growth.
  • Identify opportunities to expand SNAP usage across services such as secure truck parking, truck washing, and other essential road services.
  • Work closely with the UK Commercial team to deliver sustainable revenue growth from new fleet customers that join the network.
  • Stay close to the market, keeping up with industry trends, competitor activity, and customer challenges to proactively add value.
  • Act as a true strategic partner to logistics customers, ensuring SNAP evolves in line with their operational and commercial needs.
  • Deliver a consistently high standard of professionalism and service that strengthens customer satisfaction, loyalty, and advocacy.
  • Take full ownership of customer queries, challenges, and feedback, driving them through to resolution and positive outcomes.
  • Collaborate closely with the Customer Service team to ensure every customer interaction feels seamless, joined-up, and effortless.
  • Own account-level margin and revenue performance, delivering growth in line with agreed targets and KPIs.
  • Lead confident commercial discussions including contract renewals, commission structures, and utilisation-driving levers.
  • Identify and deliver upsell and cross-sell opportunities that create additional value for fleet customers and the SNAP network.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of business and departmental targets, contributing directly to their achievement.
  • Support fair and consistent application of targeting and bonus frameworks across the wider team.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve commission and commercial performance across your account portfolio.
  • Keep performance visible and transparent through clear weekly and monthly reporting on account activity, opportunities, and financial results.

About you:

  • Quantifiable experience gained in an equivalent BDM / Sales role, with experience in the logistics industry being a bonus.
  • Fluent and strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills evident to communicate effectively in written and verbal form in English.
  • Have a full, clean driving license in the designated country with the willingness to undertake extensive country-wide travel and overnight stays where required.
