Are you ready to lead with purpose, drive operational excellence, and make a real impact? We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to take ownership of our Doe Hill depot, delivering best-in-class service while aligning with the wider Certas Energy Strategy.
This is a pivotal role where you will lead local operations, drive performance, and embed a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement. You will be instrumental in delivering customer satisfaction, optimising costs, and hitting P&L targets—all while creating an engaging and high-performing environment.
