As part of our Fuel Cards division, you will be responsible for generating new business and managing customer relationships through high-volume outbound B2B sales activity. The role exists to drive revenue growth by identifying customer needs, presenting tailored fuel card solutions, and converting opportunities into successful sales. You will play a key role in expanding the customer base while contributing to a high-performing, collaborative sales team culture.
Key Deliverables
- Generate new business through high-volume outbound B2B sales calls
- Identify and understand customer needs to offer tailored fuel card solutions
- Achieve and exceed individual sales and revenue targets
- Manage a pipeline of prospects and opportunities using CRM systems
- Develop and maintain relationships with both new and existing customers
- Negotiate commercial terms and close sales effectively
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity within CRM systems
- Collaborate with team members to share best practices and support collective success
- Deliver excellent customer service throughout the sales process
- Contribute to a positive, energetic team culture that celebrates success
- Stay up to date with product knowledge and industry developments
