As part of our Fuel Cards division, you will be responsible for generating new business and managing customer relationships through high-volume outbound B2B sales activity. The role exists to drive revenue growth by identifying customer needs, presenting tailored fuel card solutions, and converting opportunities into successful sales. You will play a key role in expanding the customer base while contributing to a high-performing, collaborative sales team culture.

Key Deliverables

  • Generate new business through high-volume outbound B2B sales calls
  • Identify and understand customer needs to offer tailored fuel card solutions
  • Achieve and exceed individual sales and revenue targets
  • Manage a pipeline of prospects and opportunities using CRM systems
  • Develop and maintain relationships with both new and existing customers
  • Negotiate commercial terms and close sales effectively
  • Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity within CRM systems
  • Collaborate with team members to share best practices and support collective success
  • Deliver excellent customer service throughout the sales process
  • Contribute to a positive, energetic team culture that celebrates success
  • Stay up to date with product knowledge and industry developments
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and sales governance
