Finance Business Partner – Lubricants
Location: Larbert or Warrington

Reports to: Divisional Finance Director

Are you a commercially focused finance professional looking to make a real impact?

  • We are seeking a Finance Business Partner to join our Lubricants division, taking full ownership of the P&L and playing a crucial role in driving business performance.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Full ownership of the Lubricants Division P&L– work with other finance business partners, stock and FP&A team, in addition to the Lubricants Sales and Customer Service teams to drive commercial performance
  • Full oversight of all “risk vs reward” decisions in granting credit limits and payment terms
  • Full finance business partnership role supporting the Lubricants Leadership Team
  • Identify and model investment opportunities, developing financial models for tender processes as well as other projects when necessary
  • Delivery of all reporting requirements to agreed deadlines “on time in full”
  • Weekly KPIs, reporting and forecasting
  • Monthly management accounts and other requirements as agreed
  • Annual 3 year plan
  • Annual budget
  • Updated forecasts as required
  • Working with Central Finance to ensure working capital levels are optimized and delivered in line with forecasts and budgets – particular focus on stock and debtors
  • Development and support to finance business partnership team
  • Other ad hoc duties as required
