Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain enterprise software applications
- Collaborate with the product team on requirements elicitation to deliver software
- Author and review unit/integration tests
- Participate in code and software review processes
- Collaborate with members of the product, test, and software engineering organizations
- Build expertise on one or more major features of a single software application
- Operate with minimal oversight, and proactively engage with leadership when necessary
- Consistently meet all compliance requirements for the assigned project and broader organization
- Escalate to management appropriately and as needed
- Proactively create written documentation to improve the documented assets for a product
- Make clear efforts to produce deliverables that do not require revision
- Consider how a deliverable will be tested and/or reviewed
- Can lead a project when supported by more senior members of the team
- Develop an understanding of the business domain associated with assigned work
- Develop a growth plan in collaboration with management, and make continual progress against that plan

- 4+ years of experience in similar roles
