Certain Advantage is partnering with a key client to recruit Welders and Platers to support fabrication and welding activities across a range of projects within the Mansfield site. You will work to high engineering and safety standards, helping deliver quality components on time and to customer specifications.
Welders
- Review engineering drawings and perform welding/plating tasks
- Ensure tolerances, parameters, and production timings are met or exceeded
- Produce and mark up component parts; fabricate jigs for production runs
- Collaborate within a team to achieve quality and schedule targets
- MIG with previous coding BS EN 1090-1, 3834-2, and 15085-2 standards
Platers
- Fabricate, assemble, and weld components to drawing and schedule
- Use jigs for assembly and ensure compliance with documentation
- Maintain safe working practices and high housekeeping standards
- Deliver quality parts on time with a proactive, team-oriented mindset
- MIG and TIG BS EN 1090-1, 3834-2, and 15085-2 standards
