We are looking for a Project Management Business Partner (PMBP) to act as a strategic engine room for our high-value CAPEX projects. In this role, you won't just track schedules—you will be the "Right Hand" to the Project Leader, ensuring that major infrastructure projects move from initial feasibility and design through to final handover with precision, safety, and financial integrity.
The Role
As a PMBP, you will support Multi-Functional Project Teams (MFT) to deliver infrastructure in accordance with global aerospace standards. You will act as a consultant, coach, and governor, ensuring the project remains on track and stakeholders remain informed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and maintain project governance in accordance with industry-leading PM standards.
- Liaise between internal clients, external architects, quantity surveyors, and design teams.
- Lead the identification of risks, manage the risk register, and define robust mitigation plans.
- Support the development of business cases from preparation and approval through to delivery and project close.
- Utilize IT tools (MS Project, SharePoint, Google Suite) to produce technical analysis, milestone reviews, and cost reports.
- Assist the Project Lead in monitoring professional service work packages, ensuring technical compliance and H&S excellence on site.
Your Profile
We are looking for a communicator who can bridge the gap between technical construction teams and senior corporate stakeholders.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Proven Track Record in Project Management, ideally within a senior or "Business Partner" capacity.
- Direct experience in Capital Investment (CAPEX) and Construction Project Management is highly beneficial.
- Ability to motivate and lead Multi-Functional Teams (MFT), including external contractors and professional staff.
- Profound knowledge of PM methods (Risk, Budget, Scheduling, and Contract Management).
- High competency in MS Project, SharePoint, and data presentation.
- A steadfast commitment to safety, security, and ethical compliance.
