UI/UX Designer

Certain Advantage are recruiting for a UI/UX Designer to work with a prestigious enterprise client in London on a contract basis initially until the end of the year. As a UI/UX Designer you’ll develop mock-ups, wireframes, and a clickable interactive prototype.
Working closely with senior business stakeholders and a Business Analyst to gather requirements, you’ll help develop a clear vision, develop user stories, and understand ways to improve business processes.
You will also work on upscaling the application, focusing on Persona Based Dashboards that will have a close tie into the prototype product.
Activities
Conduct user research and analyze user behaviour to inform design decisions.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile applications.
Design user interfaces that are visually appealing, consistent, and aligned with brand guidelines.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define user requirements and translate them into design solutions.
Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on feedback and analytics.
Maintain and evolve design systems and style guides.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and best practices in UI/UX design.Candidate Requirements
Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and responsive design.
Experience with prototyping tools and usability testing.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Portfolio showcasing relevant design projects and process.
Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design.
