Technical Manager (Arboriculture / Construction)\\n\\nSalary Negotiable – Can disclose on request + 10% bonus + development + BUPA healthcare + remote + company car + benefits\\n\\nSouth of England (Remote)\\n\\nCertain Advantage is hiring for a Technical Manager based in the South of England (Milton Keynes down).\\n\\nThis role is on a permanent basis and is remote, with frequent travel to client sites in the South, and some travel to the company site in Leicester.\\n\\nAre you looking for a multi-faceted, autonomous role, which will enable you to develop, and the company continues its rapid growth?\\n\\nAre you looking to work for a highly innovative business which has developed exceptional products and materials for applications in Arboriculture, Construction and Civil Engineering?\\n\\nThe Company\\n\\nWe're working with a well-established business which is currently experiencing rapid and sustained growth, manufacturing and supplying a range of advanced materials and products into arboriculture, civil engineering and construction markets. This is a highly reputable SME, which has recently moved into purpose-built facilities, offering a highly autonomous and versatile role, in a collaborative, friendly and vibrant culture.\\n\\nThe Role:\\n\\nThis role is for someone with experience or an interest in Arboriculture, and experience working with technical products, looking for a dynamic role with a rapidly growing business.\\n\\nEstablish new specifications, and identify potential projects\\nPresent CPD style seminars & presentations to new and existing clients\\nWork closely with key stakeholders and clients, including architects, civil engineering consultants, contractors etc\\nDevelop the tree root protection line of products for the business\\nDevelop new and existing client relationships\\nAct as a key point of contact for clients, providing technical and product assistance\\nAttend site at various intervals – including at site assessments, and at key project milestones\\nMaintain and increase the conversion of technical recommendations to orders\\nIncrease brand awareness within Construction / Civil Engineering sectors\\n\\nThe Individual\\n\\nWe're looking for people who can show:\\n\\nA background or keen interest in Arboriculture\\nConstruction experience / background\\nExperience presenting to clients\\nFull UK Driving license, happy with travel throughout the South\\nAny experience working with Civil engineering contractors / architects / consulting engineers / councils and agenciesThe Benefits:\\n\\nRemote Working\\nCompany Car\\n25 days holiday + bank holidays\\nAnnual 10% company bonus\\nPension up to 5%\\nPrivate Health Cover – BUPA\\nTraining and Development OpportunitiesDoes this sound like your next career move?
