Job Responsibilities:
- During Detail Engineering, perform Piping Stress Analysis of high temperature piping systems using a combination of practical experience and commercially available software.
- Implement project specifications.
- Work as part of a team to ensure Isometrics are being checked in a timely manner.
- Ensure a consistent and compliant approach to project execution.
- FEA Analysis of specialist piping components.
- Analysis of new and existing piping systems on Greenfield and Brownfield Projects.
- Work individually or as part of a team in the home office and abroad.
- Communicate effectively with other engineering disciplines.
- Committed to multi-centre project execution.
- Adhere to the companies WAY engineering standards and procedures as well as provide input to their development and enhancement.
Skills / Experience:
- Essential Knowledge of applicable industry standards (ASME B31.3, API, BS and EN Standards).
- Experience on large EPC and Brownfield projects.
- Experienced in using commercially available piping stress analysis software (Caesar II).
- Working knowledge of PED.
- Experienced in developing and implementing project procedures.
- Vibration mitigation of piping systems.
- Forward thinking and happy to challenge the way we work.
