Certain Advantage is working with a technology partner within the recruitment group and looking for a contractor to work for a year as a Customer Success professional. This is a remote-based role in the UK, or potentially Ireland, and would suit a previous candidate with customer success, sales, marketing, and recruitment knowledge.

The Customer Success professional is a customer-facing role that will engage, retain, and drive our customers' understanding of the product offerings, focusing on the growing Employer Branding and Online Recruiting space. The role is key to driving retention in their book of business.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about the mission and the customers they partner with, providing unique solutions and an outstanding customer experience.

  • Some experience within accounts, customer success, sales, and consulting background.
  • Experience in Digital and Branding advertising campaigns and online recruiting would be helpful.
  • Basic understanding of the recruitment landscape.
  • CRM knowledge, ideally Salesforce.
  • Nice to have: Customer Success Analysis tools like Gainsight.
  • Passion for online advertising, media, marketing, and employer branding.
  • Consistent track record of successfully achieving customer retention goals is a plus.
