Supplier Due Diligence/Supplier Onboarding Analyst
Certain Advantage is hiring for a Supplier On-Boarding Analyst to join a defence client on a 6-month contract with possible extension.
Location: Stevenage. First 8 weeks 3 days on site min, the rest remote. Following this, 2 days on site min, the rest remote.
Hours: 37 per week
HourlyRate: Up to £27.38 per hour via Umbrella, inside IR35
Clearance: BPSS to start, full SC to follow
What you'll be doing:
- All Non procurement Vendor Due diligence - Investigating vendors on third party tools, proposing an assessment, validating with compliance
- On Boarding processing
- Supplier data management
- Stakeholder management - Finance, compliance, procurement, rest of business
- Reporting and dashboards
The individual
- Supplier On Boarding/KYC
- Defence and aerospace regulatory knowledge
- Knowledge of ISO37001 - Ethics
- Knowledge of ISO9001 - Quality
- Advanced excel/word/PowerPoint skills
- Attention to detail
- Quick to master new tools and processes
- Ivalua (advantageous not required)
- SAP (preferential not required)
