Certain Advantage is hiring for a Technical Shopfloor Engineer based in the Broughton area. This role is on a contract basis and is site-based.
The Company: We are working with a Manufacturing business that operates in the Aerospace sector. They design, manufacture and deliver industry-leading commercial aircraft, and a separate Space and Defence division.
The Role: This role is for a Technical Shopfloor Engineer - someone ambitious and ready to make an impact. You will be results-oriented and driven to succeed. You will be working in a small, experienced, and collaborative team, and be responsible for:
- Supports in identifying, analysing and solving technical issues
- Provides an E2E perspective at the shopfloor level within the production team / APT.
- Supports continuous production enablement
- Support in identifying Non-Conformance on the shopfloor.
The Individual: We are looking for people who can show:
