You will play a key role in supporting fee earners and senior stakeholders, ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of administrative processes and contributing to the overall efficiency of the business.
The Role
The successful candidate will provide senior administrative and executive support across a range of business areas, working closely with legal teams and senior leadership. Key responsibilities include:
- Formatting and proofreading legal documents and correspondence
- Managing diaries and coordinating meetings
- Supporting Employment Tribunal processes, including preparing documentation and maintaining files
- Handling client correspondence and communications with third parties
- Audio typing using digital dictation
- Supporting onboarding and maintenance of client accounts
- Assisting with business development activity, including proposals and client communications
- Supporting marketing initiatives and client engagement activity
- Providing executive support to senior leadership, including travel arrangements and scheduling
- Supporting office operations, including reception cover and facilities coordination
Essential Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in a legal administrative or legal secretarial role
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Audio typing experience with good speed and accuracy
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong communication skills and a professional approach
