We are seeking a Senior Configuration Engineer to join our world-class team of over 30 specialists. In this role, you will be the guardian of product definition, ensuring the technical integrity of life-critical systems across multiple international projects.
The Role
Supporting the Project Configuration Manager, you will take ownership of the design structure for major product sections. You will act as the bridge between engineering innovation and controlled execution, managing complex product variants through every stage of the lifecycle from development and production to in-service support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and reflect engineering input into the design structure using our PLM tool, Windchill.
- Lead the engineering change process, reviewing, accepting, or rejecting changes to ensure business approbation controls are strictly met.
- Maintain comprehensive records of product variants to provide accurate status information to internal stakeholders and external customers.
- Act as the focal point for project and engineering teams, providing expert guidance on change methodologies and lifecycle management.
- Prepare high-quality data for Configuration Meetings and draft critical CM document updates.
Experience Required
