Job Title: Senior Administrator Location: Preston, Salary: £26,000 – £28,000 per Annum. Working Hours: Flexible shifts available – 8:00am-4:00pm, 8:30am-4:30pm, or 9:00am-5:00pm Contract: Full-time, Permanent. Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Senior Administrator to join our team in Preston. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative processes, supporting senior management, and coordinating office activities efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Provide high-level administrative support to senior management and various departments. Oversee and maintain office procedures, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company policies. Manage correspondence, including emails, letters, and phone inquiries. Organise meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes as required. Diary and calendar management Maintain and update records, databases, and filing systems. Coordinate travel and accommodation arrangements for senior staff. Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. Support HR and finance teams with administrative tasks, including payroll and invoicing. Assist in project coordination and deadline management. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and work flow. Provide guidance and support to junior administrative staff when necessary. Essential Skills & Experience: Proven experience in a Senior Administrator or similar role. Strong organisational and multitasking abilities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. High attention to detail and accuracy. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and other relevant software. Ability to work independently and prioritise workload effectively. Strong problem-solving skills and proactive approach. Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism. Experience in a fast-paced environment with the ability to meet deadlines.Desirable Qualifications & Experience: Previous experience in an Administration environment.
