HR Administrator Broughton, Chester - Hybrid after 4 weeks training (3 days onsite, 2 WFH)

12-Month Contract

Certain Advantage are seeking a HR Administrator to join a global engineering client of ours in Chester, Broughton.

Overview: Join a busy HR operations team supporting personnel admin and payroll activities across the business. This role requires hands-on experience in admin and data tasks—ideally in payroll.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process HR transactions in Workday & SAP (e.g. starters, leavers, job changes, personal data)
  • Monitor data interfaces between systems
  • Handle queries via phone/email
  • Support payroll operations and HR process improvements
  • Assist with system testing and continuous improvement

Key Skills & Experience:

  • Strong admin and data-handling experience, preferably in payroll
  • Knowledge of Workday/SAP (preferred)
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Able to prioritise, multitask, and meet deadlines
  • Proficient with Google Workspace tools
  • Team player with a proactive mindset
