We are delighted to be support a well-established legal firm in Glasgow, to assist them in securing a new Private Client Paralegal. Ideally, you will have experience completing all manners of transactions including Wills, Trusts, Executries, Power of Attorney and administration. You will be joining an established, high performing team who have a growing workload.

This is a full-time, permanent opportunity, working core business hours Monday – Friday. The salary for this role is dependent on experience.
Are you who we are looking for?
- You have previous Private Client Paralegal experience
- You have experience completing all manners of transactions (detailed above)
- You are a confident communicator both written and orally
- You have a strong attention to detail, and can work towards set targets and deadlines
- You can work proactively, and are able to manage an everchanging workload
- You are proficient in the use of Microsoft Packages and Case management Systems
- You can prioritise your caseload and workload effectively
What is the day to day like?
- Handling all potential client enquiries daily
- Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Providing comprehensive support to the team daily
- Liaising with clients daily to provide a progress update and answer any queries
- Conducting and documenting legal research
- Preparing all legal documents and correspondence
- Preparing and submitting all relevant and required documents daily, within set deadlines
- Keeping up to date on any legislation or regulatory changes that could impact outstanding cases
