We are eager to speak to experienced Pre-Market Advisors who are looking for a new opportunity in Edinburgh. For this role you will have prior property experience, within an estate agency or legal setting, providing excellent service to a variety of clients. You will be joining a leading and dynamic team, ensuring a smooth pre-market process for all properties and a smooth handover to the sales team. Ideally, you will have a good understanding of property marketing and be able to communicate and build relationships with a variety of stakeholders daily.
This is a full-time, permanent role working Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm. This role will be based in Edinburgh, following a hybrid working model. The salary for this role is up to £26,000 p/a DOE.

What is the day to day like?
- Working with and supporting the wider sales team to ensure properties are presented and marketed in a timely manner.
- Coordinating the pre-market phase, ensuring all properties are prepared for launch according to company standards and marketing guidelines.
- Obtaining marketing materials, managing payments, updating internal systems and ensuring all documentation and filing is maintained.
- Ensuring all clients receive excellent service daily, handling queries and updating on any progress.
- Tracking progress and ensuring all pre-market tasks are completed within agreed timescales to streamline the transition into sales.
- Drafting and raising fees within the client life-cycle, recording all charges accurately recorded and invoiced.
- Managing financial transactions related to the pre-market services, ensuring timely invoicing and payment.
- Maintaining detailed records of financial activity.
- Providing updates to senior management regularly.
- Promoting lead generation efforts, identifying and targeting potential clients, ensuring consistent flow of properties into the pre-market phase.
