Naval Nuclear Project Manager South West, UK Virtual interview Mon–Fri. Certain Advantage is partnering with a key client to recruit a Naval Nuclear Project Manager. You’ll be responsible for coordinating, managing and scaling a large off‑site engineering delivery function.
What will you be doing?
- Take full ownership of end-to-end engineering support delivery, ensuring timely, high-quality, and cost-effective outcomes.
- Lead and grow a large, multi-disciplinary on-site team in line with demand.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing a consistent on-site presence and fostering a professional, value-driven approach.
- Support team expansion through recruitment, onboarding, and culture development to maintain cohesion.
- Ensure all engineering data, records, and documentation are accurate, controlled, and aligned with client requirements.
- Monitor performance, identify risks and opportunities early, and act to maintain delivery against KPIs.
- Drive continuous improvement to enhance efficiency, streamline processes, and improve information management.
- Identify and develop new opportunities, scaling successful initiatives.
- Deliver against financial targets, including utilisation, budget control, and margin improvement.

- Experience leading engineering delivery, multi‑disciplinary teams or large‑scale technical services within highly-regulated environments.
- Ability to manage large operational teams, KPIs, and complex stakeholder relationships.
- Understanding of engineering project lifecycle management and workflows.
- Good background in risk and opportunity management, project accounting, work package management, resource and configuration management and scheduling.
