Are you an experienced Personal Injury Solicitor looking for a new challenge?
Do you want to join an established firm in Glasgow?
Are you eager to develop your knowledge and skills, whilst servicing a vast client base?

We are eager to speak to experienced Personal Injury Solicitors who hold experience dealing with RTA cases. This is an excellent opportunity to join an established team and business who are growing in Glasgow City Centre. If you can manage your own volume caseload, build strong internal and external relationships as well as providing exceptional service, this could be the role for you!
Joining an award-winning team of specialists, you will join a business who are dedicated to making a difference to the clients and communities that they represent daily.

This is a full-time, permanent position working core business hours Monday

Friday. This role will follow a hybrid working model, with a salary of up to £48,000 p/a available depending on experience.

Are you who we are looking for?
You are a qualified solicitor, with up to 3 years experience (NQ to 3-year PQE)
You have experience working within a team, managing road traffic accident cases
You have experience managing a volume workload daily
You enjoy building strong internal and external relationships daily
You have experience supporting and representing clients in court
You are interested in this line of work, and passionate about achieving results for your clients
You can draft accurate correspondence and legal documents
You are able to manage your time and diary to complete all tasks

What is the day to day like?
Managing a volume caseload daily, completing a mix of pre-litigation and litigation work daily
Getting involved in a variety of court work
Training and mentoring junior team members and trainees daily
Conducting liability investigations to obtain statements and further information
Coordinating and instructing medical experts
Drafting a variety of legal documents including summonses and writs
Representing clients in court and consult with counsel
