Job Description
- Process payroll for German sites in line with statutory regulations, ensuring accuracy and adherence to SOx controls.
- Respond to internal and external queries related to tax, social security, illness, and insurance, including support during audits.
- Engage in continuous improvement projects with internal departments to streamline payroll processes.
- Maintain and update documentation, workflows, and procedure manuals to ensure compliance and consistency.
- Participate in virtual and on-site customer meetings across Germany to address payroll-related queries and build client confidence.
Your Background:
- Professional-level German language skills (spoken and written).
- Strong working knowledge of German legislation and applicable European payroll standards.
- Hands-on experience with SAP payroll systems.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to manage, analyse, and validate data.
