Certain Advantage is hiring for a Customer Experience Sales Agent based in Stockport. This is an immediate temp role for approximately 2 months, which could be longer.

The Role: We’re looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Customer Service Experience Sales Agent to join their existing customer experience team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have strong organisational and communication skills, this is the perfect temp to perm role for you!
Key Responsibilities:- Blended contact centre role
- Sales through service
- Making a high volume of outbound calls to new customers following up on daily sales leads
- Handle a large volume of telephone and email sales enquiries
- Dealing with inbound bookings
- Appointment Booking: Schedule Sales appointments efficiently for both inbound and outbound enquiries, ensuring a smooth handover to the sales team.
- Arranging renewals with existing customers
- Maximise all opportunities to sell
- Live Chat Management: Proactively engage with customers via live chat, responding to sales enquiries with speed, accuracy, and professionalism.
- Conduct follow-up calls and communications to ensure customer satisfaction post-sale.
£12.24 an hour. Shifts are working 8.00am-5.00pm and 9.00am-6.00pm on a rotational basis (40 hours a week). Start date Monday 9th February 2026 for 2 months, but could go into Quarter 2 for the right candidate with a possibility of permanent.
The Individual:- Previous experience in customer service ideally within a contact centre environment.
- Excellent communication skills – verbal and written.
- Customer first approach.
- Motivation and desire to succeed.
- Excellent sales skills – objection handling with the ability to work to targets.
- PC literate.
- Problem-solving abilities.
- The drive to build customer rapport.
- Ability to handle pressure working in a busy call centre environment.
- Results-oriented with a proven history of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Experience handling objections and turning dissatisfied customers into loyal ones.
- Empathetic, persuasive, and results-driven.
- Conflict resolution/negotiation skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
