Certain Advantage are recruiting on behalf of our Financial Services client for two Workforce Planning Managers for initially 6 months on a contract basis (Inside IR35).
Key Responsibilities:
- Resourcing and workforce planning, supporting either a complex transformation programme or an HR/People function on strategic workforce planning.
- Build trusted relationships with Managers, Leads, SLT.
- Manage competing priorities with strong organisational skills.
- Develop and maintain SharePoint lists and Power Automate workflows.
- Create and maintain Visio organisation charts.
- Present data clearly to non-analysts.
- Advise and influence stakeholders using data insights.
Key Skills:
- Advanced Excel and Power BI.
- Power Automate and SharePoint workflows.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship building.
- Ability to interpret workforce, capacity, and financial data.
These contracts are Inside IR35 requiring 2 days in either London (near Southwark Bridge), Lytham St Annes, Glasgow or Durham.
