Legal Administrator β Edinburgh β Salary up to Β£30,000 p/a Are you a Legal Administrator looking for a new opportunity? Do you have experience within Residential Property or Real Estate? Are you interested in joining a growing, busy team in Edinburgh? We are eager to speak to Administrators or Legal Administrators who are looking for a new challenge in Edinburgh. Joining an established and busy team, you will be responsible for managing a high-volume workload daily, building key client relationships and providing excellent and efficient service daily. Ideally for this role, you will have experience gained within a professional environment, working within a busy property or conveyancing team daily. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading, Scottish firm, who take pride in servicing a variety of new and existing clients daily in Edinburgh! This is a full-time, permanent role, working core business hours Monday β Friday. The salary for this role is up to Β£30,000 p/a depending on experience. Due to the nature of this position, this role will be fully office based in Edinburgh. Are you who we are looking for? You have strong administrative experience within a professional environment (legal sector is desired, but not essential) You have property or real estate experience (desired, not essential) You enjoy working individually and within a busy team environment You can build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders You have excellent time and diary management and a strong attention to detail You are proficient in the use of Microsoft Packages daily You are a proactive individual, who can prioritise a high-volume workload daily, maintaining standards What is the day to day like? Completing all drafting of letters and legal documents for the wider team Handling client enquiries both face to face, and over the telephone and email Maintaining regular client contact, providing updates and advising of any issues Ensuring all information is up to date and accurate on the internal system Preparing land registrations and LBTT forms daily Assisting with the preparation of fee notes Completing local authority and land register of Scotland checks daily Liaising and building relationships with both internal and external stakeholders daily Completing all client onboarding, following all AML procedures Ensuring all documentation is completed ahead of deadlines, managing client expectations Interested?
