Dev Ops Lead Engineer Certain Advantage are recruiting on behalf of our Engineering client for a Lead Engineer with strong understanding of Dev Ops concepts, pipeline components and orchestrations tools, as well as an understanding of the Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) software/platform called Teamcenter.
These technologies and tools are all essential because it will be your responsibility to architect and implement full end-to-end Teamcenter Dev Ops pipelines, which will deploy bespoke customer-specific solutions to running Teamcenter systems.
Suitable candidates will offer: Strong fundamental understanding of Dev Ops concepts and underlying core-components used in Dev Ops pipelines like Orchestrator, Artifact repository, Source code management etc.
Good familiarity and experience with Dev Ops pipeline orchestration tools like Jenkins, Bamboo, Azure Dev Ops etc.
General software architecture experience good understanding of software architectures, design-patterns, and standards.
Familiarity with enterprise friendly software architecture aspects is another added advantage e. g.
SSL, communications, firewalls, proxy usage etc.
Essentials Familiarity with Teamcenter software landscape and architectures is essential.
Experience with modern containerization technologies like Docker.
