Main Duties – Team PA
- Manage and coordinate partner and front office diaries.
- Arrange travel for partners and the front office, including flights, trains, taxis, hotels, visas.
- Prepare itineraries and coordinate relevant trip documents.
- Complete expense claim forms for the team.
- Maintain and update Outlook contact details.
- Handle out-of-office responsibilities, including filtering emails and delegating tasks.
- Assist in preparing presentations using PowerPoint, Word, etc.
- Support the Office Manager with team events, investor marketing, and meetings.
- Set up and test VC facilities in meeting rooms.
