The Role
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop a career in telecommunications, network provisioning, or service delivery. You will support the delivery of telecoms and connectivity services by coordinating customer orders, liaising with suppliers and internal teams, and ensuring delivery milestones are met.
Your Responsibilities
- Assist with the end-to-end management of telecoms service orders across the UK and Ireland.
- Coordinate delivery activities for connectivity services and hardware orders.
- Provide regular updates to customers, suppliers, and internal teams throughout the order lifecycle.
- Update internal provisioning and tracking systems accurately and in a timely manner.
- Monitor order progress and escalate any delivery risks or delays when required.
- Support the achievement of customer delivery targets and service levels.
- Work closely with Procurement, Project Management, Engineering, and Provisioning teams to ensure successful service delivery.
- Help maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation.

- Strong customer service mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Outlook.
- Eagerness to learn and develop within a telecoms or technology environment.
- Previous experience in a customer service, operations, administration, coordination, or service delivery role.
- Exposure to telecommunications, networking, or IT environments.
- Familiarity with order tracking, ticketing, or provisioning systems.
- Basic understanding of telecoms technologies such as broadband, internet connectivity, VoIP, SD-WAN, or networking concepts.
- Awareness of ITIL processes and service management principles.
