Certain Advantageis partnering with a large organisation to recruit an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor. You will take responsibility for constructing two substations and various minor buildings.
The Project:
- The project is currently in the pre-construction stage.
- The scope includes constructing two substations and various minor buildings.
- You will focus on the civil works aspects, specifically managing large subcontracts, including groundworks and steel/envelope packages.
Your Background:
- Experience with large subcontract management under NEC3 Option A contracts.
During the Interview, We May Ask You About:
- Experience with the \"CEAR\" software package for subcontract administration is preferred.
