World Class Defence Organisation based in Bolton is currently looking to recruit a HR Systems Administrator.

Rate: £24.16 per hour

Location: Bolton

Contract: 37 Hours per week

Overtime: Hours worked over 37 hours per week will be calculated at time and a quarter

Hybrid working: 3 days onsite, 2 days working from home

Duration: 9 Months (initially and then ongoing and long-term thereafter)

IR35 status: Inside IR35 (Umbrella)

Please note: The role doesn't need specific HR experience - CIPD nice to have but not essential. Most of the role focused on HR systems, any experience of Workday would be fantastic. The role will be processing lifecycle changes for employees.

Responsibilities:

  • First point of contact for basic queries from managers and employees
  • Must have good customer facing skills and problem solving for basic queries
  • Good attention to detail
  • Responsible for document management and multiple systems need updating with documents
  • Data steward and must align with data protection regulations
  • Experienced working with data in Excel, ability to analyse, manipulate and visualise data (Pivot Tables/VLOOKUP etc)
  • Good understanding of processes and policies
