The Role
As a Business & Project Management Partner, you will act as the bridge between engineering technicality and operational efficiency. Your mission is to provide the structure, data, and guidance that allows our engineers to focus on what they do best.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assure business and project management processes are followed, maintaining a credible multi-year workload and financial plan.
- Manage internal resourcing and external supplier activities in full compliance with company policies.
- Proactively collate and report KPIs, ensuring business management data is available for high-level decision-making.
- Promote a mindset of anticipation to identify potential risks and workload evolutions before they impact the plan.
- Deputise for Engineering functional leaders in governance reviews regarding finance, resourcing, and performance.
- Mentor the engineering community on best practices and support the implementation of new, agile ways of working.
