Ready to make your mark in a fast-growing engineering/tech business? We're looking for a proactive and passionate Marketing Executive to join a small team and support the marketing of the specialist engineering business. This will be working at the cutting edge of smart technology which produces cost-effective, high-performance systems to support their major clients with control, security and observation systems.

If you thrive on writing compelling copy and content, managing multi-channel campaigns, and bringing technical stories to life this could be your perfect next step. Working closely with the Senior Marketing Leader, you'll be instrumental in delivering a variety of marketing initiatives, from copy writing and creating materials for events, web, emails, technical writing and white papers. You will have the opportunity to be involved in some design and social media management and also some paid advertising campaigns too.

What you'll be doing:

  • Creating engaging, technically accurate content across articles, whitepapers, social, email campaigns, and flyers
  • Managing paid campaigns (especially LinkedIn) that drive results
  • Keeping websites and campaign integrations up to date and optimised
  • Supporting event planning with booth materials and logistics
  • Monitoring campaign performance and suggesting smart improvements
  • Ensuring everything stays on-brand and high quality

What you will bring:

  • Experience in a similar marketing role, ideally with a B2B engineering business
  • Strong technical copy writing and proofing skills
  • Eye for detail and pride in polished, high-quality content
  • Curious, confident communicator who asks the right questions
