Hybrid (Home & Office Based)

We are currently supporting a well-established organisation in sourcing an experienced People Advisor on a temporary basis. This is to support during a busy but exciting time of growth. This role is generalist and will focus primarily on line manager and stakeholder support, policies, procedures and compliance plus providing hands-on support to line managers across a range of complex people matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing end-to-end ER cases including disciplinary, grievance, absence management and performance issues
  • Advising and coaching line managers on best practice and employment legislation
  • Supporting investigations, hearings and minute taking where required
  • Working closely with stakeholders to ensure policies and procedures are applied consistently and fairly
  • Supporting attendance management processes and liaising with Occupational Health
  • Ensuring compliance with current employment law and internal policy
  • Assisting with recruitment drives, processes, assessment centre etc.

About You:

  • Proven experience in a generalist HR advisor level role
  • Strong working knowledge of UK employment law
  • Confident advising and challenging managers at all levels
  • Experienced in supporting casework
  • CIPD qualified or equivalent practical experience
