The Role
Reporting to the Director of HR & Operations, the HR Business Partner will play a key role in delivering the operational elements of the People Strategy. Acting as a trusted advisor to leaders and managers, you’ll provide expert guidance across the full employee lifecycle, lead high-value HR projects, and help embed best-practice people management across the business. This is a hands-on, project-focused role suited to someone who enjoys balancing strategic thinking with operational delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build strong, credible relationships with leaders and managers, providing pragmatic HR advice that drives engagement, performance, and compliance.
- Translate the People Strategy into clear, actionable HR plans and initiatives.
- Lead and deliver a range of strategic HR projects, including workforce and succession planning, learning & development frameworks, benefits reviews, and DE&I initiatives.
- Drive effective, cost-conscious recruitment and resourcing strategies to support business growth.
- Partner with managers to design and deliver impactful learning and development plans.
- Support performance management processes and annual salary review cycles.
- Review, streamline, and improve HR policies and processes to enhance efficiency and employee experience.
- Provide expert support on employee relations matters, coaching managers to achieve positive and timely outcomes.
About You
You’ll be a confident, commercially minded HR professional with strong generalist experience and a proven ability to deliver HR solutions in dynamic environments. You’ll bring:
- CIPD qualification (or equivalent experience).
- Significant experience in senior generalist HR roles, including recruitment, reward, ER, L&D, and equality.
- A strong track record of managing employee relations cases.
- Experience delivering HR projects and improving processes.
- The ability to apply practical, legally compliant HR solutions.
