Youll be part of a close-knit team, within a business which promotes work / life balance, and ongoing development.The Company:We are working with a specialist engineering contractor delivering structural and difficult access solutions across the construction and civil engineering sectors. Projects range from small works through to multi-million-pound schemes across high-profile assets including stadiums, high-rise buildings and infrastructure.The Role:You will take full ownership of projects from conception to completion, working closely with site teams, clients and internal departments. You will initially support smaller projects, with a clear pathway to managing larger, higher-value schemes, up to £3-4m.Day to day you will:Manage structural / construction projects from pre-start through to completionPlan works in line with programme, budget and resource requirementsLead and coordinate site teams and subcontractorsLiaise directly with clients to ensure smooth project deliveryManage project costs, variations and financial reportingOversee procurement of materials and equipmentEnsure compliance with health & safety, quality and environmental standardsPrepare and review project documentation including risk assessments and method statementsMonitor progress and drive improvements in productivity and deliverYThe Individual:We are looking for people who can show:Experience in project management within construction or civil engineeringStrong understanding of project planning, cost control and change managementKnowledge of NEC and JCT contractsProject programming experienceExperience producing RAMS and method statementsFull UK driving licenceThe Benefits:Competitive salaryStructured training across departments and projectsClear progression into larger and more complex project deliveryLife assurance and enhanced pension schemePrivate healthcare cash plan and virtual GP accessMental health and wellbeing supportEnhanced maternity benefitsHoliday purchase schemeCycle to work scheme and retail discountsOngoing professional development and trainingDoes this sound like your next move?
