Certain Advantage is hiring for an Electrical Engineer based in the Portsmouth area.
This role is on a contract basis and is hybrid-based.
The Company
We’re working with a Manufacturing business that operates in the Aerospace sector. They design, manufacture and deliver industry-leading commercial aircraft, and a separate Space and Defence division.

The Role:
This role is for an Electrical Engineer—someone ambitious and ready to make an impact. You’ll be results-oriented and driven to succeed.
You’ll be working in a small, experienced, and collaborative team, and be responsible for:
Specification from product requirements
Interfaces of electrical systems
System diagrams & circuit diagrams
Electrical Design CAD/CAM, test, and validationThe Individual
We’re looking for people who can show:
Education to at least Degree Level or equivalent in a recognised engineering discipline as recognised by the IET, preferably hold a chartered engineering status.
Electronics and Electromagnetics background
Systems engineering background
Military standards in the maritime domain relating to electronics or EMC or military satellite communication systems exposure would be highly desirableThe Benefits:
