The Role

The successful candidate will play a vital role in the smooth and efficient onboarding of new clients, as well as supporting the ongoing administration of existing client documentation. Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the Onboarding function of new clients and the ongoing maintenance of client records.
  • Liaising directly with new and existing clients to collect, review, and verify due diligence documentation.
  • Providing guidance to clients on suitable identification and verification documentation.
  • Working closely with internal colleagues to ensure onboarding requirements are met.
  • Maintaining onboarding trackers and ensuring tasks are completed within agreed timelines.
  • Ensuring all client information is accurate, complete, and stored in line with internal processes and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to support the consistent delivery of team workflows.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Prior experience in compliance or administrative role within professional services.
  • Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
  • Confidence communicating with clients via phone and email.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet agreed deadlines.
