Certain Advantage is hiring for an E-Commerce Sales Manager for an online clothing retailer. The role is on a permanent basis with excellent benefits. This role would suit someone from a fashion background in clothing, sportswear, or footwear.

Our client is a successful online retailer specialising in clothing, leisure, and sportswear. The business has gone from strength to strength and is looking for an experienced e-commerce manager to work closely with the MD for the next evolution of the business. The role is based in Chorley, Lancashire with parking facilities on site.

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and proactive E-Commerce Sales Manager to work closely with the senior leadership to own and lead the clients’ operations and scale their online sales experience as the business evolves and grows. This is a senior role for an experienced sales professional with a background in online retail clothing, leisure, or sportswear. You will need a solid understanding of Shopify and a real passion for digital trading and consumer experience. You will have a robust understanding of sales forecasting and brand awareness working closely with the Marketing team.

  • Lead the sales and strategic planning of the client’s e-commerce growth across all sales channels
  • Experience of export and global sales
  • Manage the online launch of new products
  • Work alongside the marketing team to promote sales campaigns
  • Ensure sales items are always in stock and available online
  • Analyse sales performance and trends
  • Work with external agencies to deliver a first-class brand experience

£55,000-£80,000 DOE plus company bonus. Shifts between 8am-6pm Monday to Friday. This is an office-based role with free on-site parking.

Extensive sales experience in e-commerce management, ideally in the clothing, leisure or gym wear, footwear sectors. Understanding of e-commerce marketing. A real interest in fashion, leisure wear or sportswear, fitness, and lifestyle brands.
